This is a beautiful wooden hutch painted as a faithful reproduction of Old World pieces. It is somewhere between olive and hunter green in color (closer to olive) with goldenrod and bittersweet designs. The interior of the shelves and bottom portion is also the same shade of olive green. The back (not shown) is painted black. Drawer is non-working. This definitely looks like an antique!

I am offering yet another charming antique reproduction for sale. This wooden hutch has two working bottom doors as well as two on top. (Top doors do not have any "glass")
This hutch is painted entirely black and is trimmed in antiqued maroon. (See edges of top, middle, and bottom, as well as around the panes) The two bottom doors are painstakingly painted with old world designs of tulip-like flowers in pots.

Straight out of Sotheby's! No, not really, but this is another example of charming Old World-style cabinetry. I would describe this as being a bookcase/cabinet. The door on the upper part is functional. The two doors and three drawers on the bottom part are decorative only.
I have carefully painted a whimsical yet elegant floral design on the doors and pediment of this cabinet. The cabinet itself has been painted to imitate a golden poplar finish. This would look absolutely stunning in your dollhouse library!
