Shown here:  Vintage die-cut scrap Santa ornament.  The Victorians cut "scraps" of paper and glued them to backings for Christmas ornaments.  I have taken vintage scrap Santa heads and glued them to  durable matteboard backings with  felt robes trimmed with chenille.  Santa carries a sprig in his arm reminiscent of turn-of-the-century feather trees. 

Each measures about 4 1/2" tall. 

Styles available:  White-trimmed red hood (as shown);  Blue-trimmed red hood (not shown).
